This program is perfect for anyone at all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced, who need guidance and support but don’t want 1-on-1 coaching. You will receive your customized program same as the full access program. However, we will communicate via WhatsApp one time only after you receive your program to answer all your questions so that you are ready to execute the plan on your own. The next communication will be scheduled after 4 weeks of completing your program to check on your progress and adjust your plan for the next month. I will work on your customized diet and workout program myself and it will be adjusted according to your progress and accountability to your monthly check-ins with me.
