This program is all about 1-on-1 coaching and full access to me during your entire transformation. You will have my constant support with our weekly check-ins where we will track your progress, answer all your questions, and adjust specific food items or workouts that you are uncomfortable with. Aside from our weekly follow ups, you will be able to contact me any time except (Friday, Saturday) for any urgent matter.

I will work on your customized diet and workout program myself and it will be adjusted monthly according to your progress and accountability to your weekly check-ins with me.
